Charging Our Future Workforce

• Job Creation:
  • Use a full Project Labor Agreement to create up to 500 construction jobs.
  • Create between 55 and 80 well-paying jobs that can support a family during Stage 3’s production capacity.

  • Dedicated to giving local residents with a high school diploma or equivalent direct job opportunities.

  • Strengthen the local workforce by supporting development programs in high schools, colleges, and universities.
